Compared with a Bingin clifftop or a Ubud valley, a Denpasar site is straightforward ground: flat, soft, reachable, with real roads for trucks. The difficulty moves to logistics — narrow frontages, shops that must keep trading, banjar hours, and traffic that turns a 20-minute haul into 70 at the wrong time of day.
